Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic Therapy can be undertaken for clients who have lost meaning in their lives and have difficulty forming or maintaining personal relationships. This therapy helps you understand how your behaviours , feelings and thoughts are shaped from your childhood and past experiences. The aim of this therapy is getting to the root of the issue and enabling understanding and crating longer lasting change for the better for that individual.

Psychodynamic Therapy is a psychological approach enabling you to explore how the subconscious mind, the past  life early childhood and past relationships inform current  behaviours thoughts feelings and relationships.

Psychodynamic therapy aims to help those who are aware or unaware of of their social difficulties  and need therapy to overcome problems on their own. Clients are enabled and  learn to analyse, explore and resolve their difficulties and change their behaviour feelings and thought patterns in current relationships through deep exploration and analysis of earlier life experiences and emotions which maybe suppressed.
