I was unable to get back in the car I was having panic attacks, getting really anxious, over thinking and stressing. Following the work with Jan where she applied CBT techniques amongst others I now am back in the car and able to do long distance travelling and I manage and cope, using the techniques she taught me to move forward in my life rather than before I was avoiding and it seriously affected my life and relationships

Following a road traffic accident I was not able to sleep, waking up sweating and having nightmares and flashbacks of the accident. With therapy, now I sleep soundly and have applied the strategies taught to my own life and my confidence and belief in my self has improved, I imagine the best and the best happens whereas in the past I imagined the worst and stayed in “stuck mode”
