Relationship darkness

I have had a number of problems with my relationship with my partner and could not see the wood from the trees! When I spoke to my friends they just told me to leave or said what they thought I wanted to hear.

Having seen Jan my Counsellor I immediately saw her warmth, felt comfortable and could see she was genuine, sincere and non judgemental and felt at ease being able to work through my concerns in a step by step way and being able to put an action plan in place that I knew would work and help me handle my stressful and volatile relationship with my partner.

From the pool of darkness Jan enabled me to calmly go through my inner feelings and find the meaning and work through the issues in a meaningful way and deal with them which makes me feel empowered and positive about my existence and future. She has given me tools to be able to deal with concerns and this feels so enrichening and rewarding.
